Madson is THE BEST.

I can't say enough kind words about the ABSOLUTE STELLAR Customer Service that was afforded to me by Karla, Vivian and your entire team. I was under a unique time crunch where I had to have my glasses delivered exactly 2 weeks from when I ordered them. Where I hate the idea that I'd come off as a diva or more entitled than your average customer, the situation "is what it is" and I needed a little extra love on this order. Your team was extremely responsive and communicative in expediting my order and ultimately ensuring that it delivered on time. While I appreciate that not everyone can be bumped to the head of the line as a general practice, I'm overjoyed to have received the level of support I did. As for my new Social Distortion branded Strut Madsons? Absolutely love them. It's a crapshoot ordering as unique a fixture as glasses online without the option to try them on first but I'm incredibly satisfied with my purchase and will absolutely be promoting Madson eyewear and coming back again for another pair. Thank you so so much to the Customer Service team and your follow up on my order. So yes...please mark me as fully stoked!

Best glasses ever

These are the best fitting glasses I have ever put on my face. I had some issues with my prescription and they did what they needed to do to get them right for me. Best experience I've had with getting glasses online. Great customer service
