After you place your order for any prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses, you should receive an email with instructions on what information we need from you to fulfill your order. This email will trigger after you complete your purchase (after checkout).
If you don’t receive an email, it’s ok - just email in the information below.

- Please email in a copy of your prescription. In the email, be sure to include your name and order number.
Please include your pupillary distance (PD). If you don’t have it on your prescription, most likely the optician who gave you your prescription will have it on file. You can call their office and ask for it over the phone.
If they don’t have it, you can send us a photo and we can measure it for you. Please send us a photo per the example below.
• Position the camera straight with your face in the center of the photo.
• Put a credit card (facing backwards) under your nose and take the photo. Make sure the card is under your nose, and touching your face.
