How do I cancel or change my order?

All orders placed on MadsonOfAmerica.com are processed quickly. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. The fastest way to do this is to contact us is by emailing: Support@MadsonOfAmerica.com or call 949 436 3802. When emailing please put “Change Order” in the subject line.

How long will it take to ship my order?

For all items that don't have prescription will be shipped the same day or next business day. Our shipping methods include: UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow a reasonable amount of processing and shipping times. This usually occurs within 7 days of purchase depending on your shipping region.

For prescription eyeglasses, we will ship them within 5 to 7 days after we receive your prescription details. To expedite the process - please be sure to email in your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) after your orders been placed. You can email this information into our customer service team at: support@MadsonOfAmerica.com 

What is your Return Policy?

All products ordered from MadsonOfAmerica.com can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For the items to be successfully returned, the items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization number. To get a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at: Support@MadsonOfAmerica.com. Refunds will be issued via the form of the original payment.

What is your Warranty Policy?

MADSON products are made with the best engineering and materials available. All MADSON frames are guaranteed against fault in manufacturing materials and workmanship. If your frames are damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace them at no extra charge. If the damage is not because of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at: Support@MadsonOfAmerica.com, MADSON will offer a replacement of the same or similar style at a reasonable charge. ALL AUTHORIZED DEALERS (retail stores) will direct you to our website and our Customer Service Department.

IMPORTANT: MADSON DOES NOT REPLACE OR WARRANTY SCRATCHED LENSES.

What do you need from me after I place my order for the prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses?

After you place your order for any prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses, you will receive an email with instructions on what information we need from you to fulfill your order. This email will trigger after you complete your purchase (after checkout). 

We will need the following: 
1. Please email in a copy of your prescription to: Support@MadsonOfAmerica.com
In the email, please include your name and order number. 

2. We will also need your pupillary distance (PD). Most likely the optician who gave you your prescription should have this on file, and should give this to you over the phone. If not, you can send us a photo so we can measure it for you. Click here to see and example.   

Do you sell replacement lenses for my existing frames?

At this time we do not.

The hinge on my frame just broke, what should I do?

My lenses are scratched, what can I do?

We do not replace scratched lenses.
