Refund policy

Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange your order for a full refund.

To start a return or exchange: go to MADSON RETURNS, enter your order number and email, pick refund or exchange, and print your label. No return number needed, and the original box is optional.

Return shipping: free for U.S. orders with a prepaid label. Orders outside the U.S. are welcome back within the same window; return shipping is on you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free until it fits. Check the size guide on the product page, then start an exchange at MADSON RETURNS.

Prescription orders

Prescription orders return like any order: within 60 days of delivery, with a free prepaid label (U.S. orders) and a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 business days of your return arriving. If it's been more than 10 business days since we received it, please email Support@MadsonOfAmerica.com and we'll look into it.
