I received the glasses and loved the look. Unfortunately, the xl's didn't fit properly. I contacted customer support and they're exchanging them for the "medium" frames at no cost. Overall, my experience was good. I received them in the mail within a few days from ordering them. First pair of these I’ve gotten. When I put them on they didn’t sit well on my head, one of the ear pieces didn’t sit right. Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful and downright awesome when I explained the situation. They immediately went ahead to sent me another pair and to have the team at headquarters make sure they were good to go. I wear them everyday and get frequent compliments on them. I highly recommend them to anyone. Much appreciate Madison for good quality sunglasses!!

These are my third pair of prescription Memphis XL’s. They look and feel great. I get many compliments on them. My only complaint is that they seem to “widen out” or get loose kind of quick. They need to keep their shape better. Other than that, I love them.
